I am notoriously cheap and almost always try to find free software to do what I want. Softorino is one of the very few software companies whose products I am very happy to pay for. WALTR PRO is one of their products that I was an earlier adopter of, having used the previous version and also other products like Youtube Converter. WALTR PRO demonstrates what is great about the company - a good interface, good support, and most importantly, it does what it says it does and makes life easier. I don't use it that much but that makes my decision to pay for it all the more important because it is worth having it when I need it. I never had that many issues with iTunes but particularly with the new Apple approach in interfacing between my Mac and other devices, WALTR PRO really came into its own. Although I have owned many Macs and iPads, I have only just bought an iPhone, my first in 12 years, and having WALTR Pro just makes life with this device so painless. I can thoroughly recommend it. If this review sounds glowing rest assured I wasn't paid for it, I just think the company deserves recognition for a good product.

I love Waltr, and I love it even more with Waltr Pro. It demonstrates Softorino's commitment to the product and to its continual enhancement. I've been a user since the beginning, and I wouldn't be able to move movies, music, and books between my desktop and my iPhone and iPad so painlessly without it. Waltr Pro is the greatest alternative to iTunes or Finder on a Mac for transferring media to your iPhone or iPad. It is simple and a has an easy to use drag and drop interface. It supports both wired and wireless media transfer, although for the first time use a wired connection is required

I use WALTR since the very first release until to WALTR PRO and I'm still amazed how easy it is, to get my favourite media on my iphone, ipad or ipod (classic, nano). Transferring files to iphone is really a nice problem to solve.
