Hey everyone ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿป, we are super excited to be back on Product Hunt with a huge upgrade of Stonly. With this new version we took our concept of interactive guides and built a platform around it that tackle use cases such as: - Product tours and onboarding - Hotspots and feature discovery - Interactive support guides and knowledge bases (internal and external) - Custom contact forms connected to your CRM - Actionable NPS surveys - Scripted agent guides - Website chatbot alternative No matter the use case, you can target users based on their profiles, get deep analytics on engagement, and manage view and edit rights. Last time we were here, we got amazing feedback from the community and we would love to hear what you think about this new version.

@robin_choy Thanks a lot. The nice thing is that you can use the targeting feature to display it at the right moment of the experience so it helps making sure it does not appear randomly while people are interested by something else. The other cool thing is that you can use the power of interactive guides to follow-up with custom answer depending on the score the user gave you ๐Ÿ™‚.

Iโ€™m just about to add Stonly to a new project with many different audiences (companies, universities, schools, individuals, venues). The ability to customize the experience at such a granular level and talk to the user as if you really knew them, combined with its simplicity of use and set-up is what convinced me. Never found a better solution. Kudos to the team.
