Voc AI allows the AI bot to fully learn from the historical knowledge base to ensure answer accuracy. For complex customer inquiries, intelligent customer service can blend professionalism and a touch of humor in interactions to make the customer service experience more engaging and pleasant. When the AI bot cannot solve complex problems, it will transfer the case to human customer service. Through continuous machine learning, the AI bot learns to use different tones to answer questions, even joking to liven up the atmosphere, in order to reduce the rate of case transfer to human customer service.
