Crove

Crove V2 is an excellent product. There are still some user interface issues in the backend. For end users, it is pretty good. As a paying user, I can say that I am very satisfied with Crove especially since V2. You can easily integrate Crove with Zapier or Pabbly Connect. The support team is always there to help. And they respond quickly.

Crove is a 5 star product, especially at the price point. The interface is one of the easiest to use, with drag-and-drop capabilities, and the apps offers customization options that are far superior to any product in this price tier, and even some of the higher priced software. The ability to add your own code is an absolute game changer. So why the two star rating? Support. As in there is none. Zero. Nada. I have been trying to contact them about a simple coding issue for over two weeks by multiple avenues (Facebook, chat, email) with absolutely no response. I don't know if that means that development is no longer taking place on this product or if it's out of business, but it's not an encouraging sign. I really, really wanted to like this app, and even now am hopeful that there's been some misunderstanding, but I'd avoid this product until it has a more consistent presence.
