At my startup, a consumer mobile app, we were one of the first (I think?) people to start using Anecdote. It has an amazing ability to aggregate all the messages you receive from your users or customers (app store reviews, emails, zen desk, social media) and convert that feedback from qualitative into quantitative. Give gives you incredible results like top 10 things people love/hate, top features, areas of focus.
Before Anecdote, we used to export all that data and hire someone to classify the feedback to turn it into actionable steps. That's now all done automatically.
Like everyone else, we've been captivated by the power of AI and Anecdote is the perfect example of AI being used to help businesses better understand what their customers want and need.

Anecdote is like the chatgpt of knowing your own business from customer voices. It is the one and only product ops you need to help you generate understanding of the business through reports. It can also answer almost all questions with respect to customer voice immediately. You can get actionable prioritized insights based on customer feedbacks.

Anecdote helped us making sense of data that is qualitative in nature like app reviews, customer feedback/complaints and even social media. It is a go-to tool for Business Leadership and Operations Teams to quickly understand customer feedback (from various sources) and help with setting product/business priorities.
To put it simply, Anecdote should be in your arsenal if you want to live by the values of customer obsession and business backward mindset.
