Bird Buddy

People habe been waiting for years to get their orders. Maybe a scam, I will update this reciew IF i get my product. Someone needs to force them to stop advertising!!

Bird Buddy is awesome! I love getting notifications that a bird is visiting the feeder and the app identifies the bird and snaps high quality photos! I also love that we can share our feeder with our family and friends and connect over the cute bird friends that stop by! I can’t wait to purchase another one!

I bought it during the kickstarter. WHen it first came the battery was short lived - but with numerous firmware updates the battery can now last for weeks (months?) with the solar roof with no problems. The app has also been updated - originally it was kind of sluggish to deal with and in the latest update in the app they have made it easier to scroll and see all the birds that stopped by and more quickly accept/save/share them. I really like having a little picture book of the bids visiting and they have really made the product that I was hoping it wuold be - glad to see hem continue updating it to be even better with time.

The Bird Buddy team handled this whole thing beautifully. There was a lot standing in their way after the crowdfunding wrapped - covid, supply chain issues, manufacturing issues etc. I’m glad they communicated with everyone and super excited to get my feeder this September!

This is such an innovative idea - I originally bought it for my dad who is an avid bird watcher. I think this will make his experience even better. Can’t wait to give it to him!

ordered this product a few months ago to put it on my yard. their customer support always answers super fast, i'm excited that they're now in production and shipping. can't wait to get mine.

I don't think this is a real product i ordered one years ago and have not received it. They keep taking orders but I don't think they will ever deliver anything.

Have been following the campaign from the beginning. Not happy with the delay but happy with just about everything else. Great community and great product!

I think this is one of the best made and well thought-out products I've yet backed on Kickstarter. The fulfilment was delayed due to the huge numbers of backers and of course, the pandemic - but having waited, it has been very worth the effort here in the UK. I really enjoy the feeder (although it's a constant effort to keep the squirrels at bay, and encourage new smaller visitors to use it). The firmware for the wifi/camera module has progressively been improved. The battery life is surprisingly good (it deep sleeps at night, and drip charges from the solar roof - even in wet and dark England!). They are continually working on improving the app experience, and the unofficial Facebook groups are great for sharing snapshots with local communities as well. I'm excited to see them expand the range. Bravo!
