2020 Year in Review by CodersRank
A lot happened in 2020. Despite everything, developers coded, learned new stuff, deployed and debugged. Here are a few highlights from a year to remember (or, you know, forget).

Review of CodersRank
It is a very useful service, which can be made even more useful with a few simple tweaks: * Make sure that some sort of user verification is present. As it is right now, anyone can grab a private code repository and claim that they worked on it. A relatively easy way to verify that they are who they claim they are, is sending an email to the email address stored in the git credentials. * Add more ways to let users filter content out (e.g. on a repository level) ** Some code usually gets copied over from other places (e.g. HTML/CSS/JS). Keep up the great work! @igorazarov @szantaitibor

What a great idea! Finally, a real-life-performance-based and easy-to-use assessment tool. I hope you do well and become an exemplary case of how a startup studio with an AWESOME culture can give life to a company/product like CodersRank - that makes real impact.

Amazing idea, shame it doesn't look at private repo's currently as most of my work is in private repos! However amazing idea and works really well! Great for any dev team.

It's great, the way to measure, not only in the amount of contributions, they analyze the code and create more accurate results seems very good to me. In addition to the various job offers adjusted according to your statistics, it is super useful.

Very promising, but highly depends on how exactly everything is calculated. Maybe after adding websites like hackerrank in combination with github and other repositories this will be the most reliable way to judge knowledge/experience without looking at portfolio or interviews.

Amazing idea folks! I love that only by the integrations, an already living and always up-to-date developer profile can come to life! Getting an evaluation for the code from GitHub, Gitlab and StackOverflow is the best feature.

Review of CodersRank
This is a really interesting take on the idea of showing how someone has grown in their career and understanding. My only issue with it is that it suggested it would take into account private repos associated with my github account, but only takes into account ones that are "owned" by me, so 99% of what I have done isn't assessed, only my one personal project. And with the Private Repo script still in beta, I am not sure about running that against the 50 or 60 repos I have worked in elsewhere.
