I think Discord is a fantastic platform, especially for community building and communication. After trying many sluggish communication tools decided to use Discord for our internal company meetings. The quality of video and audio transmission is unmatched which makes Discord my favorite when combined with audio effects like clap and crickets!

I use discord for my calls, as I am a web developer I use it a lot to do daily, meetings, etc.

Needs more convenience features like scriptability, flexibility, extensibility, especially for joining, managing, organizing or leaving servers or bots / apps. Support does not respond and did not let me recover my hacked account.
