Totally blown away by my Fella experience. Smooth from the first call with the advisor to receiving my medication a week after that. Amazing support team - quick to respond and actually solve your issues. You can tell they genuinely care about their 'fellas'. I recently joined the coaching program which has helped me improve my diet, exercise and even sleeping habits. I'm feeling so much more comfortable and confident now that I've lost 52lbs, and it's not just about the weight loss - it's about having a support system that works. If you're considering Fella, I'd say go for it.

They collect the money. Then you discover that it takes them 3 days to get to your order. Then you have to get labs which is unnecessary. Then they send it to the pharmacy. It seems to take A MONTH. Other GLP vendors ship in 1-3 days.

Been with them 5 months now, communications were a bit slow to start but once I got my first delivery of medication, everything has been great and I have lost 27 lbs. Still a way to go, but fella has been lifechanging for me and my family

Was on semaglutide with Henry Meds previously but had issues with deliveries and support. 2 months in with Fella dns so far so good. Meds arrive on time and support is there when I need it

Great company for men looking to get to a healthier weight

Incompetent and unethical * Intake coordinator gave me several pieces of incorrect information as confirmed by others in the organization [incompetent] * My credit card was charged more than what was discussed with the intake coordinator which was already more than advertised [incompetent/illegal] *coach and nurse practitioner were both behind on the science (I had to send scientific articles to refute their assertions) [incompetent] *it took four weeks after prescription was ready and contact information provided for them to send the prescription to the pharmacy [incompetent] *part of this delay was their attempt to strong arm me into using their expensive pharmacy instead of my preferred local and reasonable pharmacy [unethical bordering on illegal]

Tried an alternative first but had supply issues. Everything has been expected with deliveries at Fella
