Flow is a minimalistic pomodoro based focus timer. Increase your productivity and reduce stress at the same time.

Helps me focus and avoid distractions. I like the minimalist UI, because it's very intuitive. My favorite parts: 1. Timer in the top menu bar on MacOS 2. Fullscreen notification when time is finished.

Finally, a pomodoro app that is beautifully designed, just does what you want it to do, just customizable enough without being ridiculous (setting healthy constraints), and affordable as it's one of many services/apps that I use daily. This pomodoro/focus app is king.

I have been using Flow for over a year to help me focus and study, and I couldn't imagine working without it. The user experience and design makes this app a joy to use, and makes it very easy to get into a flow a state! I highly recommend giving this a try!
