Hi everyone, I’m Jia, the founder of SaleSmartly.👋
Over the past few years, I’ve been working closely with businesses serving customers across different markets. I kept seeing the same challenge: customer conversations were spreading across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other channels, making it harder for teams to keep track of leads, respond quickly, and build lasting customer relationships.
That’s why we built SaleSmartly.🚀
We started with a simple idea: bring every customer conversation into one place.💬
Today, SaleSmartly combines omnichannel inbox, CRM, automation, and AI to help businesses capture leads, manage conversations, automate repetitive work, and turn customer interactions into real business growth.
As we worked with more customers, their feedback pushed us beyond simply managing messages. They wanted AI to handle more conversations, smarter automation across the customer journey, and better ways to understand and convert their leads.
That feedback is shaping our roadmap for the years ahead.✨
We’re building toward a more intelligent customer engagement platform where AI Agents and human teams work together, conversations can trigger automated workflows, and customer data can be connected across the entire journey—from the first interaction to conversion and retention.🤖🤝
Our goal is simple:
Help businesses turn every customer conversation into an opportunity for growth.📈
We’re excited to share SaleSmartly with the Product Hunt community.🧡
👉 Try SaleSmartly and let us know what you think. Your feedback will directly help shape what we build next.

Thanks for being here!
@rooster_zeng Congrats on the launch! 🎉 Bringing all customer conversations into one place with AI and automation is a really useful idea. Wishing you and the SaleSmartly team a successful launch! 🚀
@orkhan_ilyas Thank you, Orkhan! Bringing conversations into one place was where we started. As we heard from more teams, it became clear they also needed help with the repetitive work that comes after a message arrives. Really appreciate your support and kind wishes!
@rooster_zeng @orkhan_ilyas A brand with several social accounts could benefit from knowing which conversation still need a reply.
@rooster_zeng Which channel has been the hardest for businesses to manage separately so far?
@julian_ting2 Great question, Julian. I’d say WhatsApp is often the trickiest, especially when several teammates share a number or a business manages multiple accounts. It becomes easy to lose track of who owns a conversation and what’s already been discussed. That’s one of the reasons we built the shared inbox and conversation routing into SaleSmartly.
@atul15 Thanks, Atul! That balance matters a lot to us. AI can handle the routine first steps, and a teammate can pick up the conversation with its full context when a person is needed. Appreciate you cheering us on!
@rooster_zeng Big congrats to everyone behind saleSmartly. Cross channel customers communication deserve a simpler workflows.
@vipul_kumar1280 Thanks, Vipul — I’ll share this with the team.
@rooster_zeng Great launch. it's refreshing to see a customer engagement product build around conversations people already have.
@amrita_prajapati2 We started with the places where customers already reach out, then built around making those conversations easier for a team to handle. I’m glad that came through. Appreciate your support!Thank you!
keen to try it! how out-of-the-box is the implementation and further use?
@denis_prodan
Thanks, Denis! For the core setup, you connect the channels you use and their conversations appear in one shared inbox. Your team can then manage chats and customer details there day to day. AI replies and routing can be configured as you need them, so you can start with the inbox and add more automation later. Setup varies a little by channel—WhatsApp Business API, for example, has its own connection steps.

@deepaksingh09 Like the idea of having one inbox for all my social accounts. How do you handle privacy? Best of luck with the launch.
@deepaksingh09 @codeandsea Good question, Brent, and thanks for the launch wishes. Having one inbox doesn’t mean everyone on the team can see every conversation. Admins can control access by role and social account, including limiting agents to their own conversations. We’ve also published more detail on how we handle personal data in our privacy policy.
The CRM connection could help a team follow up based on previous needs instead of sending generic messages.
@andy2026 That’s exactly the use case we had in mind. SaleSmartly keeps conversation history, customer details, and tags together, so a follow-up can reflect what someone actually asked about instead of feeling like a generic message. Thanks for highlighting the CRM side of the product!
Congrats on the launch! Will definitely save me from the hassle of having to switch between inboxes to know whats new
@khalidkhairx10 Thanks, Khalid! That “did I miss a message in another inbox?” feeling is exactly what we wanted to get rid of. Once your channels are connected, new messages show up in one place, so you can see what needs attention without jumping between apps. Appreciate the support!
So many apps for chat now, having them all in one place would be super cool. Does this work good on phones too?
@hemendra_khatik Yep, Hemendra! SaleSmartly works on phones too. We have iOS and Android apps, so you can check incoming messages and reply while you’re away from your desk. It’s especially handy when you’d otherwise have to open several chat apps just to see what’s new.
@lv_lv2 Oh cool, That makes it way easier to keep up.
Can different teammates be assigned to specific channels or types of inquiries?
@domenic_yang Yes, Dominic. You can set which channels each teammate handles, then use routing rules to assign conversations based on what the customer needs. For example, a sales inquiry can go to one teammate and a support question to another. You can also reassign a conversation manually when needed.
