While I'm happy that this app seems to have great reviews on the App Store—which means that it's helpful to some people—I can't help but cringe every time I see any product marketed exclusively at women, especially when everything is pink and "girly" by society's current standards.
Honestly I don't think that you're helping with the situation that you're claiming to help with. As I understand, the gist of it is: "women are overworked (presumably in comparison to men?) and thus they need to take care of themselves in a special way that's specifically made for women."
First of all, I think it's silly to claim that women have it hard and men don't. Everybody has it hard nowadays, when productivity increasingly becomes all that matters. Everybody's overworked and sleeps less than they should, that's not a "female" problem.
By suggesting that women need some sort of special care to cope with that, it seems to me that you're only furthering the stereotype that women are weaker in every way, and fundamentally different from men (as if men had some inherent ability to cope with stress, being overworked and sleeping too little.)
In short, I'd say this app can do more harm than good but I'm open to being wrong and sincerely hope it helps people.
