They do not give actual "components" even if you buy their Figma, so don't bother paying extra for that. There were only two "components" that were just chunks of static images, not reusable components. Very shady business

Additionally, the design, while clean, felt too generic and lacked the polished feel I was hoping for in a pre-built template. It didn't stand out from the myriad of other admin templates available, which was disappointing given its premium positioning. Support from the developers was lackluster. My inquiries took days to get responses, and when I did receive help, it often felt rushed and unhelpful. A strong support system is crucial for any paid product, and TailAdmin's team failed to deliver on this front. TailAdmin promises a comprehensive solution for developers looking to expedite their back-end and dashboard development, it underdelivers on several fronts. From customization woes and poor documentation to performance issues and lackluster support, my experience was fraught with frustrations. Those considering TailAdmin for their projects might want to weigh these potential drawbacks carefully.
