Wispr Flow

wasted an hour onboarding and another hour trying to remove wisprflow from my computer. They have greyed out the 'uninstall' button. Thanks wisprflow, you shady horrible company - DO NOT INSTALL, i wish i had read the reddit posts beforehand - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! i still cannot delete this damn app!!! wasted my whole evening on this disaster tool

Completely changing the way I'm using my laptop. Started by ditching my trusty Google Docs voice typing -> copying to #Windsurf process, and now ended up using #Flow for almost anything.

I use WisprFlow with Cursor to speed things up so I can get my thoughts across to the LLM effectively without having the speed of typing slowing me down! (And I can type pretty fast)

I used Wispr for about a week before their Product Hunt launch and it was EXCEPTIONAL - a real game-changer. Since then, I got a new laptop (Macbook Air M3) and it no longer works. I will happily update my review when they fix this, but it has been almost a week and still nothing :( I miss using Wispr Flow EDIT: the team fixed my issue and it is working perfectly now

I've abused my shoulders and wrists for too long, but no more thanks to Wispr Flow!

Really hands-down the best AI dictation tool on a Mac, very deeply integrated, very simple configuration including for multilingual input. I compared it with quite a few other options including Apple Dictation and SuperWhisper. Wispr Flow is clearly much better out of the box. I've gotten so used to it, I probably write 80% of my content directly with Wispr. It completely changed the game for me in terms of speed and ease of interaction with computers.

"How would you feel if you could never use Wispr Flow again?" is a classic question to evaluate whether customers find a product useful. After using WF for a few months, my answer is clear: dictation or typing without it now absolutely sucks. Whenever I try to dictate something into my brand new iPhone or type on someone else's computer, I just feel like I'm driving in 2nd gear... Wispr Flow is just so incredibly efficient in helping me get my thoughts into a text format, onto a computer. To me, both the efficiency of dictation and the amazing accuracy (even with incredibly obscure words, mixing up different languages in one sentence, etc.) - it works 95-99% of the time without having to edit the output. This is what science fiction promised us decades ago.

Hey, I really like this tool! It helped me to be more productive and write faster. I don't like writing too much with keyboard, and this tool is very useful for me.

Excellent recognition quality in German and English and great integration - love it!
