I notice I spend less time doing work but I get more work done. So efficiency > looking busy.
Definitely a boost in productivity for me, but I understand that might not be the case for everyone.
@mimih_arteaga Yes, a proper workspace is very important.

if anything, work from home has increased productivity for me as I tend to work through the hours I would usually commute. Also, given the flexibility of being allowed to work in my PJs, I have been working longer than I usually would. Some times, it is not a good thing but having the flexibility definitely helps.
As someone who has always been a big proponent of working from the office, I have definitely noticed a drop in my productivity since transitioning to working from home. While there are certainly some benefits to not having a daily commute and being able to work in a comfortable environment, I have found that the distractions of being at home can be a major hindrance to my productivity.
I have found it much more difficult to stay focused and motivated while working from home. I also miss the social aspect of being in an office, as well as the collaboration and brainstorming that comes from being around other people.
Overall, while I can see the appeal of working from home, I personally prefer the structure and productivity of working from the office.
@hemantwarier I feel the same actually, speaking of the home distractions as such. Oh and team collaboration is of course something special about the office work :)
