Zoom is a classic for hosting webinars, but I've been digging StreamYard lately for its engagement tools and multi-platform streaming.

When it comes to webinars, I'm really into StreamYard for its streaming capabilities and interactive features.

I go for Livestorm :-) (supporting French companies as much as I can)

Zoom for hosting like others have said. Another thing is post-webinar marketing - record your webinars, and promote the content relentlessly on social media.
