@ujmishra Congratulations on the launch. Your product really looks great. I advise you to think about adding the ability to connect a client database (postgresql, for example) for a separate fee. This can provide an opportunity when integrating your bot with your database. The second possible growth point or feature is to add at least simple visualizations (simple charts in the chat). The third piece of advice is to think about the possibility of connecting not only GPT (local LLM, Claudi, etc).

Congrats on the launch! Interesting idea. I'm curious about how you handle hallucinations. For businesses, accurate answers are very important. We've also tried uploading materials for GPT to answer customer questions, but often get the wrong answers.

@zenda1122 Hey Zenda, thanks for the question 🙋🏻‍♀️ Let me highlight 3 main approaches without getting too technical here 😉 - Firstly, we help the model by prioritizing relevant information (this filter out noise to improve its focus and also save cost!). - Also, we make sure to config the right temperature is to keep its 'creativity' in an acceptable level. - Lastly, we put effort in Prompt Engineering -- experimented with different prompts to optimize results and identify the most effective phrasing that minimize hallucinations. Of course the basics of clear instructions and relevant context helps guide the model. We also encouraged the model to cite specific sources within the material to verify information -- this way we can be confident the information is not crafted out of thin air but tangible sources Hope this helps! 💛

Congratulations on the launch! The product looks great. How will it handle questions that fall outside the scope of the trained data?

@anandstha Thank you for the question. The chatbot may not give an answer if the user asks something which falls outside of the scope of trained data. However, you can always add training data in the form of PDF or DOCX files. And you also add a set of FAQs, where the chatbot can learn from. Additionally, you can monitor all the conversation (including all the answers) given by the chatbot, in the History page, which lets you determine which questions the chatbot is struggling to answer to. Based on those insights, you can add FAQs specific to that question, thereby training the chatbot specifically for those questions. So, next time a user asks something similar, the chatbot will certainly be able to answer correctly. Hope that answers your question

@rex10 Thank you for the comment, Rex. Kotae has literally just launched and made available to public. However, we have had some beta users, including our parent company. Based in the feedback from beta users, I can summarize two major ways Kotae helped: 1. The number of inbound leads increased by more than 20%. This was a result of visitors on the website easily understanding the service and offerings. Nobody really has time to dig in through the whole website, but they can easily chat with Kotae and understand about the business in great detail. That helps with increase in inbound leads. 2. There history of chats on Kotae provided significant insights on what kind of services visitors are looking for, thereby helping to shape product strategy and product roadmap better. That is in addition to the added advantage of having to spend less manual labor on responding to repeated customer enquiries. Hope this answers your question!
