Matt's List - Meet & Hire the People I Think are Awesome

Matt here - I built Matt's list to help under-the-radar entrepreneurs in transition connect with awesome people and companies. Once a week, I profile someone and send them out to Matt's List. If you want to meet the person, you tap a button, watch a series of 1 to 2 minute video clips of me interviewing the person, fill out a form and then I make an email intro. It's pretty simple, and it works because the quality of people is ridiculously high. There's nothing algorithmic about the people picking process other than that they are people I would want to hire, work for, work with or cofound a company with.
