Can I use this tool to give my customers visibility into their integrations? This would allow them to have visibility into usage and resolve issues themselves, removing me entirely from the flow.

We offer the ability to connect our Automated Issue Detection feature to your own system/product via API so that your customers can automatically see any relevant issues and work to resolve it themselves.
