What a product! If I say these guys will truly revolutionize the HR space, that wouldn't be wrong. They have excelled almost every aspect of the platform and have assigned the pillar-model which looks great, feels great and works great.

Pros:

Good Analytics measurement, Organized according to Pilliars for Hiring, Nurture and Engage. Easy Menu Options. Great Visuals.

Cons:

I haven't experienced any when I explored the platform.

Waiting for more features to come so that the platform becomes even better. One feature that I think distinguishes this platform is the 24*7 customer support service they provide.

I think that peopleHum is one of the best platforms for carrying out performance appraisals and engaging employees in a company.

I have been using peopleHum for over a month now and I find it very useful to track my own progress. The insights provided are really helpful to identify the pain points in my organization which can be acted upon for better productivity. peopleHum has recently launched new features like on-bording, 1-on1's and is now available in spanish, german and bahasa. Looking forward for more update releases!

Really helpful performance analytics, loved the features for reward and recognition, creating challenges and tagging peers, ideas board.
