Support is absolutely terrible. I used Uber every morning to go to work and I was very pleased. The reason why I was satisfied was that they gave a discount because taxis were expensive in the country I lived in and it was reliable. Thanks to the promotional codes, it was both affordable and I could use it 5 days a week. As of last week, they stopped defining promotional codes. This upset me a lot, but I said okay. Still, I sent an email asking whether a promotional code would be defined again and wanted to be informed. They've been stalling me for a week. They give general support answers to the questions I write and write after 3-4 days. What a pity!

Farebbero prima a scrivere DOVE è disponibile questo servizio anziché pretendere che l'utente scriva una posizione, che poi però si rivela non essere disponibile. Della serie "ritenta, sarai più fortunato". Inaccettabile, così come per il fatto che non è un caso che le corse di Uber facciano spesso ritardo, il che può essere un serio problema se si hanno dei voli da prendere
