All I have to do is listen to music and let the app train my brain to relax. I listen to music every day, so it’s not an “extra” activity. My sessions are only 10 minutes long, so what is that? Three songs? I come away feeling more relaxed, ready to power through the day. More than that, I know I’m doing something for myself, even if it’s only taking 10 minutes out of my hectic schedule. It’s part of my routine and it helps.
