We got to try out Cafe X when it first started up and came to see the robots but really enjoyed the coffee so have been back a ton of times.
Brand loyalty is about consistency of product and experience; Cafe X nails both. I know that my coffee will be perfect so I can focus on new menu items or place my regular order with no worries about quality. Why settle for burnt bitter coffee or standing in line for 30 minutes for a great espresso when Cafe X exists?
