DotHelp is a fantastic tool that simplifies customer support with features like ticket management and seamless integrations. The integration with ClickUp is especially useful for us. We use ClickUp for our tasks, and with DotHelp’s workflow automation, we can now track customer support tickets directly within ClickUp.
The dedicated support portal is also incredibly helpful for managing and monitoring all tickets efficiently.
