Used to be perfect and free, now you need a subscription for the least you need.

Fantastical makes scheduling easy, especially now with the ability to share my openings and create meeting proposals. But I'm looking for something like how X.ai used to work as a scheduling assistant. I guess that's Clara. But it's expensive. Anyway, Fantastical has great integration with other apps like Airmail and Todoist which I use often as part of my productivity workflow.

The most well-designed app in the entire app store. Hands down.
Form macOS to iOS, and all the way down to watchOS and detailed app release notes, the team at flexibits never cuts a corner to show their level of care.

good features, but often half-baked and increasingly buggy

Truly the best and most robust platform out there. The amount of features and functionality they’ve packed into a seemingly simple app is astounding. Unlike so many developers, they take each platform very seriously and care about the UX, from macOS, to iOS, to watchOS. This has been a daily driver for me and my business for years. This is the way.
