Goodbyemail worked like a charm on my Outlook and iCloud emails. It found the heavy-hitter senders that were clogging up my inbox, something I couldn't manage with just email filters on Outlook and iCloud / Apple Mail clients. And doing it all offline on my computer? That's the kind of privacy I appreciate.

I'm genuinely impressed. What stands out is the app’s respect for privacy — no need to hand over my email logins. The 'top offenders' feature is very interesting, it gave insights far different than typical unsubscribe tools. Found out my top 10 offenders were taking over 21 GB of my storage quota and sent me over 353k emails. Glad to say, many of them are history now 👌
Also cool that you can click on the dashboard and it takes a screenshot for you. Posting here if you are curious about my messy inbox: https://imgur.com/rI4L9OD

Love the privacy-focused approach. GoodByEmail helped me discover one email sender alone taking up over 2.5GBs of my storage space and none of their emails had attachments. I’ve been trying to clean up my inbox with filters in Gmail, but these sort of senders were never picked up by my filters because each of their individual emails are tiny.

Where has this tool been? I have a 15-year-old set of email addresses that needed to be cleaned, and the Gmail user interface wasn't handling it well. Acquiring this tool not only resolved my problems, but also significantly reduced my expenses. GoodByEmail is amazing, simple and just works. Thansk GoodByEmail!

I bought it just for the unsubscribe feature and because GoodByEmail is really the only email cleaning tool that literally don't ever get to see my emails (all other cleaners do, because they use our credentials/tokens), but I ended up finding the most valuable feature to be the "Top Offenders table", which shows the contacts that are consuming most inbox storage space. Interesting that most of them never got picked by filters on my email client. I've never seen this feature in any email cleaner, super innovative.
