I have had a shortcut to the website installed on my phone for over 4 months and use it when I'm feeling any form of discomfort, especially when I can't pinpoint the source of the problem. I find it extremely helpful, especially when it helps me understand the root of the problem based on symptoms and also suggests food that I can eat or a specific exercise that I can do to feel better. After participating in a workshop by SundayPyjamas, I learnt how to use it to develop a schedule for my day-to-day routine and I can see the difference it has made.
