But wait, there's more. They also have an excellent support team that are very responsive. They are updating on a regular basis and adding more features. The founders are solid people. I've followed them for several years and they only put out enterprise level saas, not mickey mouse. Therefore I am confident to incorporate their systems into my own business processes knowing that they won't disappear or breakdown in the future.
