Extremely accurate and I love the chat functionality (I can ask "give me a bullet point list of the important updates I should share with my team, that I can paste directly into slack"). The Norma bot that dials into meetings also basically gives you chatGPT voice mode directly inside your meeting which is very cool.

I prefer SuperNormal to Otter because it's not as visible in the meeting, runs in the background, and the notes templates are fantastic.
