When they first launched, it was a useful product to me, because I could get a summary from Slack without having to click into every conversation and thread that took too long. This new update lets me see everything that’s going on everywhere. Very excited to have this into my daily routine.

Slack is impossible to control and maintain. Endless flow of message sin multiple channels- you are away from the network for an hour and you already can't make heads or tails from each thread. That's when TheGist kicks in and brings you, well, the gist. All you need and nothing but.

Whoa, I was skeptical at first, but now I only wish I had found theGist sooner 😂 I tend to neglect Slack for hours at a time because of my busy schedule, and every time I open the app I immediately feel exhausted just by seeing the amount of unread messages X_X I tried theGist and the first summary blew my mind, I honestly feel like the bot explained what my peer tried to say better than he did 😄 I'm a huge fan! Looking forward to seeing this on additional platforms (Gmail pretty please??)
