I've been using Upside for my business travel and have been consistently impressed by their level of customer service to meet my travel needs. Most importantly, they differentiate themselves with their rewards program. The program enables companies to better align business traveler's objectives with company cost-saving priorities, especially in smaller firms with no internal travel booking platform.
