It's about time someone crafted a complete fitness app.
WeStrive has a ridiculous number of programs to choose from, making it accessible for absolutely anyone-- I can recommend this app to my mom (which I did) in the same way I can recommend it to a serious weightlifter (also did that). The inclusion of video demonstrations of each and every exercise makes it accessible to beginners, while the ability to be in touch with the personal trainer(s) who created the plan(s) you choose makes it a great tool for more advanced athletes or lifters looking to progress further. There are workout programs tailored to nearly every goal imaginable.
The inclusion of a free (and, shockingly, intuitive) workout journal is something I've been looking for in a fitness app for some time. I've tried so many workout journals, and gave up on them all because they either charge far too much for that singular service, or are a complete nightmare to navigate.
I am intrigued to see how the social interface pans out once the platform truly takes off. I can definitely imagine this being a great tool for adherence to programs for people who have a harder time sticking with a fitness plan.
All in all, WeStrive makes it incredibly easy for anyone to work towards their fitness goals. Looking forward to digging into a ton of these plans myself. Shoutout to the @westrive team for the great work
