Awesome! I've been in eComm for years now and the amount of time that this could be saving me is HUGE! It's hard to train people to really man the chats well and even harder to do the scheduling if you want to have 24/7 support that will actually sell.

Fantastic app!
As a CRM agency I am glad I recommended Zipchat to a couple of customers, who have encountered great returns and very positive feedback from their community!
Zipchat is definitely a go if you have complex products to sell or simply want to add value in the sales process, definitely worth the try!

Our team has been looking for an AI support chat service. It took a while to find the perfect solution for our shopify store. We decided to try Zipchat. Even if our Zipchat is at the learning phase, we are all eager to launch it and see it in action. Btw, the client support is really cool, 10/10.

Zipchat.ai seems like it could have a big impact on the e-commerce space. The ability to get instant answers, 24/7 help, and multilingual support is incredible.
I'm curious, how does Zipchat.ai train its AI with external sources to provide even more context? Is that data scraping or what does that look like?

After 2 months of usage we found no bugs. Which is incredible for such a young company. Of course we had to train the AI with more context, correcting answers for a couple of weeks at the beginning, but thanks to a super easy UX and a proactive team telling us what to do, it was a smooth process.
I'm glad to hear that! The #1 reason is because all of the founders have built shopify brands before and we know exactly what our customers wanted today. We are going live with new features very soon that you will love !
