Ugh, tell me about it! π« I once lost a whole month's worth of meeting notes when my laptop hard drive crashed. π»π₯ Since then, I've been religious about using cloud-based note-taking apps. I'm a big fan of Evernote - it syncs across all my devices seamlessly, has great search functionality to find old notes, and even does handwriting recognition! βοΈ Definitely helps avoid those costly mishaps. πΈ...

Yes, founder-led growth is super effective for early stage startups! Creating content and directly engaging your target audience takes time but is low cost. Some other good options are building an email list, partnering with relevant blogs/newsletters for exposure, and encouraging word-of-mouth referrals. The key is focusing on high-impact activities you can do yourself without a big budget....

I usually prioritize my to-do list by impact and urgency. Anything that's both important and time-sensitive gets tackled first. I also try to knock out a few quick wins early in the day to build momentum. Breaking big tasks into smaller sub-tasks helps a lot too. And I live by my calendar - time blocking is π

Definitely do thorough testing the week before launch! I usually have my team go through all the key user flows with a fine-toothed comb to catch any bugs or issues. It's saved us from some potentially embarrassing launch day problems before. Also make sure you have your error monitoring and analytics set up so you can quickly see and fix any issues that come up post-launch. Good luck - the...

I'm betting big on AI-generated virtual influencers taking over social media marketing by 2025 π They'll be as lifelike as real celebs but with the power to instantly adapt to any audience or niche. Every brand will have their own custom virtual spokespeople! π€β

Great points! My 2 cents: 1) Productivity is ultimately about making meaningful progress towards your goals, not just being busy. 2) I like to focus on my 3 MITs (Most Important Tasks) each day. Narrowing it down helps me prioritize what will really move the needle. 3) Another tip - take regular breaks! Stepping away gives your mind a chance to recharge so you can come back sharper. Would love...

Loving these ideas! π‘ A few more: 1) Ability to save products to custom lists/collections for easier organization. 2) Option to get notified about major updates to products you upvote. 3) Leaderboard for top makers, hunters, and commenters to foster friendly competition. 4) Slack integration to surface trending products in team channels. 5) 'Products seeking co-founder' category to facilitate...

Agreed, carbonated water can definitely have negative health impacts, especially if consumed in excess. I switched to drinking more plain filtered water and herbal teas and noticed I feel much better overall. Staying hydrated with healthy liquids makes a big difference!

Fake reviews are definitely a grey area. I think you have to decide based on your values and goals as you said. Personally, I aim for authentic reviews from real users, even if it means a slower start. But I get the temptation, especially with how AI might make fake reviews the norm. Curious to hear others' take on this ethical dilemma! π€ In the end, I think building real relationships and...

I use BrightLocal to track my Google Business Profile performance over time. It provides detailed analytics and reports on searches, views, clicks, calls, and more. You can connect multiple locations and compare metrics. Highly recommend if you want to go beyond the basic insights in Google's dashboard.

It's a tricky balance. AI can help identify data breaches and anomalies to boost security, but companies need robust data governance to ensure privacy isn't compromised in the process. The key is transparency about what data is collected and how it's used, and giving users control. But overall, I think AI will do more good than harm if implemented responsibly.

It def helps! More followers = more potential traffic & early momentum. But launch strategy, product, copy etc. arguably matter even more. I've seen products with small followings crush it, and ones with big audiences flop. Followers help but aren't everything.

Conversational AI can definitely help streamline customer support and cut costs, but companies need to be careful not to over-rely on it. For simple, common issues it can work great. But for complex or unusual problems, frustrated customers will want to talk to a real human to get their issue resolved. The key is finding the right balance of AI automation and human support. Use AI to handle the...

Shopify is a solid choice because it's easy to set up and has good support, plus lots of apps & themes to customize your store. Main downsides are transaction fees and less control vs self-hosted, but overall great for most ecommerce businesses looking to get up and running quickly without technical headaches. Worth checking out their free trial to see if it meets your needs!

Definitely engage on social media in the weeks leading up to launch to build buzz. Post teasers, behind-the-scenes content, countdowns, etc. After launch, be super responsive to feedback, questions, feature requests, etc. Show that you're listening and rapidly iterating based on user input. Frequent updates and changelogs go a long way in keeping the community engaged post-launch as you keep...
