Currently, we incorporate animated GIFs to celebrate user milestones, such as completing steps or flows, with options like confetti, party poppers, and words of encouragement. We enhance engagement through interactive flows, empowering users to choose their next steps with our branching feature. In our upcoming release, we’re developing a sophisticated rewards system where users earn points for their activity and habits on the platform. These points can be redeemed for perks like early access, trials, or discounts. We provide intuitive tools and APIs for easy implementation. Regarding virtual assistants, we’ve begun with three protagonist avatars and are expanding their capabilities to include personalized and engaging video attachments, enriching the user experience.

As for GIFs on landing page: we recorded platform with ScreenStudio. And then I turned them into GIF format

I used to skip skip skip the boring tour, and then I am like “hm, what to do here?”😅 So hoping by having flexibility with using triggers (helping when it is needed, at the right time) + showing features to specific segment ~> will dramatically improve users experience 😋🙌🏼

So we have 2 main personalization features: 1) triggers - by time spent on the platform - by action taken (clicked on button, entered specific page) 2) segmentation by role (we would integrate with you platform). So for example Developer and Designer would have different journeys 3) branching Letting the user what to do next by providing options and attaching flows to each What do you think about these?

Congrats on the launch, and kudos for creating a nice looking, fun and easy to use Product Tour Editor ! Everything now is about "show, don't tell". Well Milestone does exactly that and helps you show your product in action instead of screenshots and never ending loom videos. Love it.

I wish this was launched a couple months ago... I was looking for THIS exact thing. I tried a ton of other options and ended up with a weird open source mess instead. Tons of people will sign up for complex platforms and abandon because it's hard to get things set up. A good example would be a social media management tool (buffer, taplio, etc...). There are 100 features and you have to figure out what to do, how to get started... and that process is a challenge that can make users not get started. Good onboarding to show off the features is a huge way to get people to stick with the platform and reduce churn. Excellent product and congrats on the launch!!

@sasha_zaiats I ended up using this free solution, https://shepherdjs.dev. It's not terrible, but it's sort of basic and takes quite a bit of time to set up. If there was ever a low cost tier, I'd surely use milestone though. Looks cool for sure, but a bit too much for me at this point... Anyone with a profitable SaaS should invest though for sure.

I really love the idea behind this tool / others that take on the onboarding flow by adding gamification for no code folks trying to implement solutions that simply just work. I guess the main differentiator between this and say an arcade or even Intercom's product tours would be the gamification component? I'd love to hear a little more about your differentiators for the tours!

@daria_okhotnik yes, absolutely agree that it is important to take care of new users. The data is saying that 75% of users churn within first 7 days, not understanding the value of the product… we are trying to “tell a personalized story” tailored to every user. Additionally, our product can be used for current users, when releasing new features for example😄
