Congrats with the launch! How do you ensure that the info in your platform is up to date? Is there any lag (new influencers appear, number of followers change, etc)?

Time is all that matters when we are talking about social media and influencer marketing. That’s why our entire database gets refreshed on a daily (or sometimes hourly) basis.
This means we're constantly discovering and adding new influencers to the platform, and all the individual stats—like follower counts, engagement rates, and recent content performance (posts, videos, etc.)—are kept fresh.
Keeping the data as real-time as possible is a top priority for us, and we will try hard to keep it this way! Thanks for asking.

@yuki1028 For me, the biggest challenge in finding influencers is assessing their real value, whether they truly have the genuine influence and a precise follower base, rather than inflated engagement numbers that can easily mislead a company. If companies could share performance metrics that better reflect their actual impact, and leverage Scrumball’s training and cross-indexing capabilities, that would be an enormous help in separating real influence from noise.

Wanted to build something similar for youtube about a year ago.
After sending a couple of hundred personal emails to creators - got very few replies, and very few willing to engage.
The market seems to be very crowded in by creator agencies, etc.
